If you've forgotten your password, no worries! You can always reset your password by clicking the orange "Forgot password?" text at the bottom of the login pop-up.
Doing this will reset the password for your account, and send you a new password to your email.
NOTE: If you are currently logged into HelioScope and can't remember your password, log out of HelioScope, go to https://v2.helioscope.com/?login, and enter your account's email address.
Next, click Reset password
After clicking reset password, enter your account's email address where we will send you a password reset link.
After clicking the link sent to your email, you can reset your password.
Now that the password has been reset, you can set it to a password, you prefer, by going to your account overview page and selecting Change Password
