What are Parcels?
A parcel is a portion of land with boundaries showing the property lines.
How to use Parcels
If you have access to Parcels, click "Layers" then "Parcels" in the top right corner of the Designer:
Note: Layers (Parcels and LIDAR) need a moment to load before selecting.
Next, the Parcel data will load for the project address location and will appear as a cyan outline. If the parcel covers a large area, zooming out may be required to show its extent. Once you check the area covered by the Parcel, you can click the “Recenter View icon “ to snap back to a top-down perspective of the array.
Parcels Availability
Parcel coverage includes the USA, Germany, France, and the UK (excluding Scotland). However, some locations in the supported areas may still not include parcel data.
Parcel data is only available for the physical address entered on project creation. Most designs will show a single parcel found at the project location.
Note: If the outline of the Parcel data does not match the map imagery, it cannot be moved to align it. To better match the outline of the Parcel, users can select a different imagery source or upload an Overlay. If the overlay does not show the desired area, move the crosshair on project creation to select the proper area.
