Your Account Settings is where you can make account changes, including billing and payment details. Please note, that only a team admin has this ability. When logged into your HelioScope account, you would start by clicking on your name in the bottom left-hand corner.
In the Billing and usage tab, if you are not on an active subscription, select Purchase plan under your Plan Summary. For active subscribers, this would say Update plan.
Choose your plan and select next.
Choose your licenses and select next.
Note that a single user can only be assigned one license. Purchasing more licenses will provide more projects to use. If you want to add a new account to your team, you will need to assign the new team member a license to use HelioScope or purchase a new license before adding a new member. More details on managing your team can be found below.
Choose your payment method and select confirm
You can purchase any plan with a credit card. Only annual subscriptions can be purchased using a wire transfer. Annual plans paying with a wire transfer will be sent an invoice and payment link to the billing email address provided.
Whether you've paid with a credit card or meet the requirement for a wire transfer, once you confirm your purchase your account will automatically be activated.
You can also access your invoice and receipt from your Billing History.
Adding licenses to your Subscription
You can upgrade your team size to add licenses by clicking "Change Team Size"
Then input the total number of licenses you would like to have in your subscription, once you do, a breakdown of the cost and the new total amount of available projects will be displayed, you can then continue by clicking "Next" to select payment options
Managing your team
The Manage Team tab is where you will be able to assign users a license after you have successfully created your subscription. Under the seats section, select the Seat assigned option to activate a user
If you don't have enough licenses you will get an error message to purchase another license
If you need to remove a user from their seat. You could do this by selecting No Seat assigned on the "seats" column dropdown.
Once the user is activated, under the Role section, they can be assigned a Team Member role or an additional admin

Changing User Email
If you need to change the email for a user, please email support@helioscope.com with both the new and old email for the account CC'd in your request.
