How long are free trials:
Standard free trials are 14-days. To see how much time you have left on your trial, log in to HelioScope. You will see a banner at the top of the screen showing how much time you have left

And you can see on the right-hand side the end date of the trial
Can I get more than one free trial?
HelioScope free trials are limited to one trial per customer. This allows us to offer the trial experience to as many prospective users as possible while ensuring fair access for everyone.
Can I extend my trial if I need more time?
Yes — if you need additional time to complete your evaluation, you're welcome to submit a request for an extension. Our team reviews these requests individually and will do its best to grant additional days based on your needs.
